We are pleased to host AJ Jayasekar and Natalie Waters under the OSSM mentorship program. AJ and Natalie are in their senior year at the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics (OSSM), which is one of the top high schools in the nation.

We are excited to welcome Summer back to the lab in her new role (as a graduate student). Before enrolling in the OUHSC Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences, Summer worked with us for two years as a research technician and played an indispensable role in maintaining the lab operation and the mouse colony.

Our Cellular Metabolism Research COBRE is funded by NIGMS, NIH. Pengchun leads a project in this COBRE to study the role of endothelial metabolism in vascular development and disease.
